Helpful App Tips

Use the Search Box at the top of the app's screen to find a book using either the author name, book title or genre keywords.

Review the synopsis of a title and add it to your shopping cart by selecting the Buy Now Button, then proceed to pay with either PayPal or Stripe.

After purchase, you will find your book in your in-app Library.

Locate a book purchased in your in-app Library, select the Rate Button to leave a number rating (1 being lowest, 5 being highest) along with your worded review comments. This helps others find great reads too.

You can locate a book and select the Share Button to let others on Social Media and on messenger platforms know more about it. This is another way to help others find great reads.

Add books to your Favorite to purchase later. Another feature of Favorite is being notified in the app whenever that item’s price drops. Be sure to get it quickly as the author can raise the price at any time.

Thank you for your purchase. We strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.


All refunds must be submitted using THIS FORM within three (3) days of the purchase date. All refunded items will be verified as uploaded into your Readio App Library prior to refund processing. Only the amount of the item at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes will be refunded. File transfer fees are not refundable.

Refunds Processing

After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from our receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or up to five days on PayPal. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed by 2 Tigers LLC.
